Concentration: ≥38%

Product Introduction: Municipal solid waste fly ash solidification heavy metal chelating agent, commonly also called fly ash solidifying agent, municipal solid waste fly ash chelating agent, or municipal solid waste fly ash heavy metal chelating agent. It is an organic grafted silicate sol. The municipal solid waste incineration fly ash solidification heavy metal chelating agent is an effective and environmentally friendly heavy metal chelating agent. The product forms stable chelates with specific metal ions and removes them, with good environmental effects and economic benefits, and can also be used to recover heavy metals. The product has heavy metal chelating properties and can perform removal at room temperature and over a wide pH range, and is not affected by the level of heavy metal ion concentration or by complexes. Density (g/ml) at 20 ℃: ≥1.12 Applicable pH range: 3—13 Concentration: ≥38% Odor: No peculiar smell, slight aromatic odor Appearance: Light green or light yellow liquid Mechanism of Action: The municipal solid waste incineration fly ash solidification heavy metal chelating agent captures and chelates various heavy metals in fly ash through synthetic polymer chelating groups, forming water-insoluble heavy metal chelates. Through the application of synthetic polymers, chelating capacity, chelating speed and removal rate are greatly improved, thereby overcoming the disadvantages of high residual rate and high use cost. The agent is a highly efficient concentrated heavy metal chelating agent specially developed to solve the problem of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash solidification. The dosage of this product is 1–3‰. Product Features: 1. Can be used under temperature environments of different cities and can complete effective reactions over a wide pH range; 2. Can perform good chelation with different heavy metal ions in fly ash, with short reaction time and good removal effect; 3. Low treatment cost and convenient operation; 4. Compared with well-known similar products at home and abroad, the product has high removal efficiency when used with the same amount of ash; 5. Wide application range, able to meet use with different heavy metal contents in fly ash; 6. No cement or less cement can be added.
