I. Performance and Applications MST202 high-efficiency pre-filming agent is mainly composed of various complexing agents, dispersants, film-forming agents, surfactants, etc. The unshared electron pairs of oxygen atoms in the organic complexes undergo chemical adsorption with metal ions such as iron and calcium or iron atoms carrying partial positive charges, forming coordination bonds and producing a layer of sparingly soluble chelate film covering the surface of metals such as carbon steel. This film has high resistance and can isolate the metal from corrosive media in the water, thereby inhibiting corrosion. MST202 high-efficiency pre-filming agent has the characteristics of fast film formation, fine and uniform film quality, good chemical stability and low corrosion rate. MST202 high-efficiency pre-filming agent has strong adaptability to water quality and is not disturbed by harmful ions such as copper and iron in the water. MST202 high-efficiency pre-filming agent is mainly used for pre-filming of heat exchange equipment and pipes in new circulating cooling water systems at start-up or after system maintenance, so that a protective film is formed on the metal surface to prevent corrosion of carbon steel, copper alloy, stainless steel and other materials during operation. Usage The dosage of MST202 high-efficiency pre-filming agent is generally 500-1000 mg/L. The pre-filming time is 12-24 hours in cold state and 8-16 hours in hot state. During pre-filming, the calcium ion content in the water should be not less than 50 mg/L, and the pH is 5.5-7 for better effect. IV. Packaging and Storage MST202 high-efficiency pre-filming agent is packed in plastic drums, 25kg per drum, or determined according to customer requirements. MST202 high-efficiency pre-filming agent should be stored in a cool place; a small amount of sediment may form after long storage, which does not affect use. V. Safety Protection MST202 high-efficiency pre-filming agent is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and rinse with plenty of water after contact.
