Flocculant MST500

I. Product Performance MST500 is a flocculant with excellent performance. The product is a water-soluble cationic high-molecular polyelectrolyte with strongly positively charged active groups and excellent flocculation. It is relatively easily soluble in water and insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone. This product is colorless, odorless, and readily absorbs moisture. II. Product Features a) Polyacrylamide is easily soluble in water and almost insoluble in organic solvents, and exhibits the characteristics of a high polyelectrolyte in neutral and alkaline media. b) It can accelerate the settling of particles in suspension, speed up solution clarification, and improve filtration effects. c) The dosage is determined experimentally through water sample test results. Usage Method MST500 flocculant is used in the following ways: Dissolution water: low-hardness water with neutral pH is recommended. Using groundwater or water with excessive dissolved inorganic substances or metal ions can easily reduce product performance. ◆ Dissolution time: dry powder products can achieve better performance when used after 1 hour of dissolution (nonionic dry powder products are recommended to be dissolved for more than 2 hours). ◆ Dissolution concentration: the usual dissolution concentration for cationic products is 0.2% (0.1%~0.5% is feasible); the dissolution concentration for anionic and nonionic products is 0.1% (0.05%~0.3% is feasible). V. Packaging and Storage MST500 flocculant is packed in plastic drums, 25 kg per drum. Store at room temperature away from light for twelve months. VI. Usage Precautions MST600 flocculant is corrosive. Pay attention to labor protection during operation and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, rinse with plenty of water.
