Biocide MST220

I. Performance and Application MST220 biocide is a biocide for central air-conditioning closed water systems independently developed by our company. It is a compound bromine-containing quaternary ammonium biocide and algaecide with advantages of high efficiency, broad spectrum, fast and lasting efficacy, convenient use, and a relatively wide applicable temperature and pH range. MST230 biocide is a non-oxidizing biocide and is corrosive to closed water equipment systems. II. Technical Indicators Appearance: colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid Active component content % ≥: 10% Density (20°C) g/cm3 ≥: 1.07 pH (as is): 6.0-8.0 III. Usage MST220 biocide is generally dosed by shock dosing. The dosage is calculated based on the holding water volume, generally 100-200 g per ton of water. Adding the agent from the expansion tank has a killing effect on bacteria and algae. A dosing pump may also be used: calculate the dosage based on the total make-up water volume required (for example, the total for 1 month), i.e., calculate the total agent amount at 15-20 g per ton of water, pour the agent into the dosing tank, add seven times the amount of water, and the dosing pump doses daily an amount equal to the tonnage of daily make-up water multiplied by eight. IV. Packaging and Storage MST220 biocide is packed in plastic drums, 25 kg per drum, or as determined according to user requirements. Storage period is twelve months. V. Safety and Protection MST220 biocide has a slight almond odor and no obvious irritation to skin. Pay attention to labor protection during operation and avoid contact with skin and eyes. After contact, rinse with plenty of water.
