1. Performance and Application MST400 open-circuit circulating water corrosion and scale inhibitor is composed of organic phosphonates, polycarboxylic acids, sulfonate-containing copolymers, azoles and other components. It has good chelating and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate and others in water, and has good corrosion inhibition effects on carbon steel and copper. MST400 is mainly used for scale and corrosion inhibition in open circulating cooling water systems, such as circulating cooling water systems in power plants, chemical plants, central air conditioning and others. It has strong scale inhibition and good corrosion inhibition effects and can operate at high concentration ratios. 2. Usage Add the daily required amount of MST400 open-circuit circulating water corrosion and scale inhibitor into a plastic dosing tank (or box). For ease of use, it may be diluted with water and then continuously added at the inlet of the circulating pump (i.e., the outlet of the collecting tank) by means of a metering pump or by adjusting a valve. The usual dosing concentration of MST400 is 10-30 mg/L (calculated on the basis of make-up water volume). 4. Packaging and Storage MST400 is packed in plastic drums, 25 kg/drum, or as determined according to user requirements; it is stored in a cool, dry place, with a storage period of twelve months. 5. Safety and Protection MST400 is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, rinse with plenty of water.
