I. Product Features: The operational stability of a reverse osmosis system depends on the level of pretreatment of the raw water quality. However, after a certain period of operation (generally 3-12 months), reverse osmosis will be subject to varying degrees of contamination, and chemical cleaning is the means to restore membrane performance. MST300 reverse osmosis cleaning agent (alkaline) is a special cleaning agent developed for removing oil, organic matter and biological slime. (1) Suitable for branded aromatic polyamide membranes and acetate membranes; (2) Can remove oil, organic matter and biological slime from the membrane surface; (3) Better effect at increased temperature; (4) The diluted solution is adjusted to maintain pH at 10.5±0.5; (5) Liquid agent, which can shorten mixing time. II. Technical Indicators: | Item | Indicator | | Appearance | Light yellow liquid | | pH (1% aqueous solution, 20℃) | 10.0-12.0 | | Density (20℃) g/cm3 | 1.05 | | Low storage temperature | -5℃ | III. Use Concentration: The usual dilution ratio is 10% of the entire cleaning liquid. IV. Cleaning Instructions: (1) Check the cleaning tank, pipelines and security filter, and install new filter elements if necessary; (2) Inject an appropriate amount of reverse osmosis permeate into the cleaning tank; (3) Slowly add the calculated dosage, circulate with a clean water pump to mix the cleaning solution, and measure pH; if too low, add an appropriate amount of NaOH; (4) Circulate for cleaning; the time depends on the degree of contamination, generally 1-10 hours; if the time is long, it can be soaked for a certain period and then circulated. During cleaning, take samples to observe the cleaning effect, i.e., the turbidity and color change of the solution, and whether flocs are produced; (5) If contamination is severe, it is sometimes necessary to drain the cleaning solution to prevent re-deposition of contaminants; then prepare a new cleaning solution. V. Packaging and Storage: MST300 reverse osmosis cleaning agent is a liquid product, packaged in 25 L (25 kg) drums. Store at room temperature away from light for twelve months. VI. Safety and Protection: MST300 reverse osmosis cleaning agent is alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation; avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc.; after contact, rinse with plenty of water.
