Membrane Flocculant MST600

Appearance: Transparent liquid
pH (as is) ≤: 7.0
Density (20°C) g/cm3 ≥: 1.02

I. Product Performance MST600 is a highly effective flocculant. Added before the multi-media filter, it helps improve the removal of colloidal particles and dissolved polymers by the multi-media filter. It is a flocculant owned by Fuyin Company for reverse osmosis pretreatment systems and can be used together with scale inhibitors to enable better operation of the membrane system. II. Product Features a) Good flocculating effect on colloids, particles, dissolved organic matter, and organic and inorganic substances. b) Improves the filter's resistance to particle breakthrough and its backwash effect. c) The optimal dosage is determined experimentally through water sample test results. III. Technical Indicators Appearance: transparent liquid pH (as is) ≤: 7.0 Density (20°C) g/cm3 ≥: 1.02 IV. Usage MST600 reverse osmosis membrane flocculant is used in the following way: The typical dosage range is 0.5-5 ppm; too low or too high a dosage will affect the flocculation effect. The dosage should be minimized as far as possible on the premise of achieving a good flocculation effect. Excess flocculant can be removed by activated carbon adsorption. A 1-liter water sample can be sent to the company to determine the suitable dosage. V. Packaging and Storage MST600 reverse osmosis membrane flocculant is packed in plastic drums, 25 kg per drum. Store at room temperature away from light for twelve months. VI. Usage Precautions MST600 flocculant is corrosive. Pay attention to labor protection during operation and avoid contact with skin and eyes. After contact, rinse with plenty of water. Most scale and dispersion inhibitors contain organic polymers and anions, which may coagulate with the flocculant and cause membrane fouling. When this product is used together with scale inhibitors not from our company, a compatibility test should be carried out first. The product is compatible if no precipitation occurs after mixing with the scale inhibitor to be used.
